PRIMA TRAINING is women-focused, evidence-based, and contributing. PRIMA personal training incorporates emerging research around women's fitness and sports performance in our coaching approaches. Our workouts attend to women's lived experiences. We work with women on a range of goals, including strength and conditioning, resistance and weight training, body composition, rehabilitation, and athletic performance across a spectrum of sports.
