PRIMA personal and small group training is focused on women. We incorporate emerging research around women's fitness and sports performance in our coaching approaches. We work with women on a range of goals, including strength and conditioning, body composition, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. Contingent on client preferences, we offer boxing (mitt work, ring work) as a training modality.
