TRAINING by ABBY
TRAINING BY ABBY is dedicated to high-performance in sports and everyday life. We work with a wide range of clients, drawing on insights from high-performance sports and emerging science.
While we work with high-performance athletes, we are also interested in widening the scope of tools available to everyday athletes, as well as to people with less experience with fitness and training.
We focus on a variety of domains, and create systematic training programs tailored to your unique goals and contexts. We access strength training, conditioning, athletic skills, and a variety of other tools to curate dynamic, highly tailored workouts. We work with you within the context of your sport, time of life, and goals!
Regardless of your aims, we are dedicated to creating spaces where physical activity becomes the pathway to more authentic experiences of success. , we have a ton of fun.
PRIMA TRAINING
PRIMA TRAINING is women-focused, evidence-based, dynamic, and contributing. PRIMA personal training incorporates emerging research around women's fitness and sports performance. Our workouts attend to women's lived experiences.
We work with women on a range of goals, including strength and conditioning, resistance and weight training, body composition, rehabilitation, and athletic movement / performance across a spectrum of sports.
PRIMA athletes range in age. We work with girls and women across the lifespan, tailoring our approaches to your stages of life.

ABBY and PRIMA personal and small group training is offered at various locations throughout Manhattan. Nutrition coaching is offered by video call. If there is availability, we work with you to determine a mutually convenient location and time.
We will make our best efforts to accommodate your schedule, although this will not always be possible. In those circumstances, we will work to train with you at the next best time!
