Last week I had the Great pleasure of kicking off a series of boxing classes and workouts at New York City’s HPD @nychousing. 🥊🥊 We had an awesome time in our first class — and already started to mix it up!! 🔥

The series is in honor of #womenshistorymonth — and also anticipates April’s focus on stress management as part of wellbeing.

These are particularly special classes for me. ABBY ATHLETICS has been fortunate to offer coaching to the amazing community at HPD for three years, each year honoring Women’s History. What this means is this office is full of boxers now!! 😍 This also means last Thursday I got to both see old friends and to meet new athletes! Excited to connect again this week!! 🥊🔥
